Hi, my name is Frances Pearson and I am a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, NLP Master Coach, Master Practitioner of Timeline Therapy, Master Practitioner of Hypnosis, CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Coach and a Leadership consultant .
WHO I AM
After a successful operational career spanning 3 decades I made the decision to do what I felt most passionate about. That led me to starting my own coaching business.
I specialise in Confidence coaching for individuals and groups.
WHAT I OFFER
I offer 6 x 1 hour one to one sessions to individuals who want to build confidence. This can be done online or in person.
I offer a confidence programme in a group setting online, this consists of 4 x 90 minute sessions, the sessions take place on 4 consecutive Saturday mornings.
I offer Leadership development Coaching, Coaching for performance and Executive Coaching.
CONSULTING
The customer is my focus. It is important to me that you find exactly the product or service that perfectly suits your needs. I always offer you comprehensive advice to enable you to make an informed decision.
